Rosenberger Optical Solutions & Infrastructure has conducted a professional customer satisfaction analysis. From mid-February to mid-March, more than 150 contacts took part in the analysis and evaluated the quality and user-friendliness of the products as well as Rosenberger OSI's consulting services based on school grades. The result: 99% of the respondents are convinced of the quality of the cabling specialist's products.
“We have set ourselves the central goal of being a competent and trustworthy partner for our customers who, in addition to reliable products with the highest quality standards, quickly and flexibly develops individual solutions for technical challenges. Our customer satisfaction analysis shows that we are on the right track and that our efforts have been rewarded,” says Thomas Schmidt, Managing Director of Rosenberger OSI.
The results reflect this: Overall more than 80% satisfied customers in technical consulting, more than 90% satisfied customers in user-friendliness of the products in use and 99% of the customers are convinced of the product quality. "The customer satisfaction analysis is an important instrument for our internal quality management. On this basis we can develop our individual strengths and react to weak points at an early stage", the managing director continues.
Quality management since 1991
Immediately after the foundation of Rosenberger OSI in 1991, a quality management system was introduced as the basis for the organisation. Since 1995 the company has also been certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001. In line with the development of the company, Rosenberger OSI continuously expanded its quality management system and has been ISO 9001:2008 certified since 2009 and DIN EN 9001:2015 certified since 2018. “The qualification of our production sites and our business processes by several well-known major customers continues to encourage us to remain true to our quality philosophy,” says Thomas Schmidt.
High quality products obligatory
Quality is particularly important when it comes to product selection. For example, Rosenberger OSI only purchases cables and fibres from high-quality manufacturers. In addition, the cabling expert also uses their connectors or the company's own connectors, which are guaranteed to be qualified in accordance with applicable standards and reliably meet international specifications. The semi-automated manufacturing processes are monitored with the latest operating and testing equipment. In addition, shipping is subject to a systematic outgoing goods inspection.
The positive customer response is also reflected in the restructured service portfolio.
